Accommodation payment procedure:
- Check-in time – from 14:00 p.m.
- Check-out time – before 12:00 p.m. Please note that if check-out is delayed past midday, you will have to pay a day rate for this room.
- Pay 100% room rate at check-in.
- Room rate includes accommodation only.
- Breakfast is included in the room rate.
- Charge for long-distance calls from rooms is accrued in accordance with current rates fixed by OJSC “Ukrtellecom”.
- Hotels guest are offered 50% discount to visit our Spa Centre.
- Spa treatments are charged separately.
- Points collected can give the discount club card holders discounted accommodation and dining.
- Restaurant bills to be paid in cash.
- Keeping pets in the room is allowed only upon consent of the Administration of the hotel and upon availability of the relevant cages, houses etc.
- Penalty for lost room key-card – UAH 50.00.

Please note Guests of the hotel must not:
- bring and keep dangerous substances in the rooms;
- leave strangers in the room alone, and transfer them room keys without any prior notice to the Administration of the Spa Hotel and Spa Centre;
